Tennessee Distance Learning Association Redo Redeaux

Had a fascinating meeting with some wonderful folks working to get the TNDLA up and running. This is something we reeeeeeeally need in Tennessee, and something a small cadre of dedicated ppl have been working for on and off for five years or so.
